We want you to feel empowered and exquisite in your Honey Birdette pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items including hosiery and adhesive products are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Honey Birdette tags and hygiene seals firmly attached.

  Label and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
